      Pros

      Great products, awesome gratis and can be fun. Some coworkers are wonderful and the training is fun and exciting. The skincare and make up is high quality.

      Cons

      Management makes it sound like a wonderful, fun job and it seems like it on the surface. But there is no fairness by management, especially upper management. The company is in turmoil and there is no clear vision and a revolving door on the store level and upper corporate management levels. They violate your labor rights, asking you to work full time but never instating you as a full time employee (only store managers and assistant managers are full time). Calling HR to report these issues just gets you retaliated against. They use and abuse you as they see fit and if you stick to your guns they do everything they can to make you miserable, fabricate write ups and cut your hours to force you out.

      Pros

      Amazing salary, great growth and career opportunities and innovative products being created each year. I was able to have several positions and wear many hats to build my skill set quickly. I was fortunate to work for the company while it was still privately owned and watch it grow into greatness.

      Cons

      Big issues with execution of launches, and social media growth. Also the company restructured more than 8 times in the 10 years I was employed. You never knew if your job was safe. The company is in danger of becoming another mega brand that looses touch with its core clients.
