      Pros

      I worked with bare minerals for 8 years. They are big into education and making sure staff is properly trained. The customer service training is un like any other company and has helped me in my new career.

      Cons

      They started off offering part time benefits, then a few years back took away those benefits and only offered them to the SM and ASM. The only full time positions offered were SM and ASM, key holder and beauty advisors hrs were constantly cut.

      Pros

      The company spends a considerable amount of time training their staff, the benefits are great and the environment is friendly. Promotions from within happened often but has slowed since Shiseido's takeover.

      Cons

      Ever since Shiseido bought out Bare, it seems as though they have no idea how to run the business. Shiseido has gone through multiple CEO/VP changes, with this inconsistency in leadership DM's proved to be equally as unpredictable and unreliable.
