Pros
Great products and brand ethos...fun! Lucky enough to manage an amazing team! Good new starter training and yearly seminars to keep up to date with new products! Realistic goals and targets.
Cons
Small company with not enough room to grow, even with growth on growth it was hard to get recognised...I celebrated achievements with my team however higher management were not quick to congratulate my team members...after 5 years I eventually gave up and had to move elsewhere so that I could learn different aspects of the retail business and move up.
