      Pros

      Friendly culture. No intimidating hierarchy, everyone is encouraged to share their opinions. Good discount and freebies.

      Cons

      Loose structure with lots of grey areas. Tensions between teams due to lack of clear roles and responsibilities. Teams are small so it's hard to progress without someone leaving the business - however turnover is high in entry-mid level roles.
