      Definitely not for a novice!

      Pros

      Product is amazing; being able to teach women about a different approach in makeup and skincare. Being able to train new staff.

      Cons

      Headquarters can be all over the place. Shipment is also horribly executed and very disorganized. Sometimes we get one item in a huge box. Sometimes multiple small bags of the same one item when it could all have been combined in one large bag.

      My colleagues were very friendly and helpful. Flexible scheduling. There is always a manager in the store, which isn't true for all retail companies. Generous employee discount.

      Cons

      You get a stern "talking-to" if you don't meet your sales goals.

      Awesome products easy to Fall in love with

      Gratis periodically. Get started kit your first day working. Low stress environment. Fun and upbeat doesn't feel like a retail job. Not hard to sell the products most people fall in love with the products.

      Cons

      Not the best company for advancement. Bonuses could be better.
