      Pros

      Bare Escentuals gives an amazing discount for their employees. This is a fun job when you're in college or want a second job. They pay well for part time work and give gratis often. I do have a lot of fun when I go to work and have made life long friends at bare minerals.

      Cons

      They constantly change the expectations for how many hours they expect you to work. The bonus program is awful! I believe the largest bonus I ever received was $20 for being in the highest tier above plan. Key holder is a very difficult job because you are only a part time employee. Some weeks you will work 28 hours and some week you will work 18. Also there are no benefits for key holders.
