Pros
Great Discount, co-workers can be nice, they give you some nice goodies and continue education if you have never had any or anything kind of degree in make-up.
Cons
NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, don't expect to have any kind of life ever. Schedule always changed on you without anyone ever asking. I have already worked 13 days in row before. Normal to work 10 if i want off a weekend. Manager is very selfish and cares only about themselves. No benefits or PTO, even as a key holder. ONLY get 28 hours a week unless you a Manager or Assistant Manager. They pretty much want you to be robots. HORRIBLE pay scale, I have the most education and got paid the least. Even new employees got paid more then me.
