      Pros

      Discounts, summer Fridays (although most of the time you can't leave early b/c there's too much work to do), salaries pretty competitive especially if you're an executive

      Cons

      Favortism, unprofessional work environment, under qualified, immature people in high paying, high power positions, back stabbing/throwing people under the bus is acceptable, no one takes accountability for their actions or projects. Long work hours, expected to take work home, expected to stay late. Just bad.

      The product is great and easy to sell. They are generous with gratis and discounts.

      Its all about the numbers so if numbers dont motivate you it is tough.

      discount...people I work with are nice

      Cons

      The gratis sucks compared to other companies. They are horrible at communications, they never stick to anything they say, they change things all the time and make us look stupid to the clients. They make us compete with our own brand through other venders like sephora. They want us to sell a certain amount of newness yet,it launches first in other markets. The boutiques seems like an afterthought compared to what the other vendors get. The training is bad and they seem to have alot of turnover in home office in the last two years,
