      -Great Customer interaction, offering her the "Girlfriend Experience". - Working with an AMAZING team. - Helping to build self esteem in women. - Good pay & Benefits

      Cons

      - Constant change of direction before results could be measured. - Team was afraid of being written up, which at times affected customer service. - High stress level for Store Managers

      Pros

      The brand is well established and since becoming a part of the Shiseido family is developing new products and expanding their product line and revamping training tools.

      Cons

      Only full-time, management employees receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and sick time. The company is not generous with starting wages, even for management positions such as Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The expectations for staffing their stores are unrealistic and therefore not always conducive to hiring quality staff. For instance, they will hire someone at 15 hours and expect them to come in 4-5 days a week working 3-4 hour shifts.
