The Bare Escentuals web-site states that there are benefits available to part time employees. But what they all side step until you are hiread and finally given the benefits to read, they are terrible and have a low dollar cap, no drug plan just a discount, and only 5 doctor visits per year. The insurance covers very little and reserves the right to refuse coverage on anything and everything.This is a very dangerous plan no matter what age you are. If you had a simple injury like stitches or a broken bone that one event would use up all of your coverage and you would be responsible for the rest. I'd rather you offer no benefits than mislead your employees with benefits that are worth nothing.
