      Pros

      Discount!, Our location has a good staff who gets along most of the time, Hours, samples, reasonable management (assistant and boutique manager), clients are awesome, internal contests to promote selling (pretty sweet prizes)

      Cons

      Not much potential to grow, communication among ourselves, anyone from boutique managers and up get great bonuses, while the people who enslave to make their numbers are not rewarded in that way, sometimes favoritism

      Great for a fun experience but not for the ambitious person

      Pros

      Fun environment, discounts and monthly gratis. We can make samples to take home and that helps us sell the products to customers

      Cons

      Raises and pay rates are unfair in my location. There is favoritism and hipocracy and not enough coaching and accountability for members of upper management, which includes myself.
