-family atmosphere meaning, you become close with those you work with -promotes from within -pays well I got paid $14.50 and worked 25-30 hours a week

Cons

-at times can be competitive with sales -customers can be a little abrasive but that is the case with any retail job

Great coworkers, fun environment. I love most of the products and the daily interaction with customers and coworkers. The company is pretty easy going, but can be stressful at times.

Cons

Poor gratis program. Company doesn't know what direction to go in, and the communication between store and home Office is terrible when it comes to products and business planning.
