Fun place to work. You get to play with makeup. You make new friends. Awesome pay. Make women feel beautiful.

Cons

Finding balances in the workplace. No full time keyholders. Working with all females. Not enough traffic in store. Gets competitive.

*not as much gratis compared to other companies *Very hard to grow within the company as everything is very biased, its all about who you know *Worst management I have ever experienced; The DM was neglectful to issues within the store and the managers were bullies I felt like a punching bag
