Terrible job

Pros

Lots of vacation time which is expected to be used.

Cons

Pretty much everything. You are exptected to maintain 3 chats consistently for 8 hours straight while reaching out to necessary departments to resolve each chat. One day I ended with 117 chats during my shift. You are micromanaged on every single minute of your day. Have to ask to go to the bathroom and told when to take your breaks. No phones. No snacks. No talking. It’s horrible.

Pros

Good for those who need a transition period between jobs.

Cons

- Poor Management: Frequent and reckless restructuring without a clear vision. - Terrible workload distribution. High-performers are burdened with more work but receive insulting salary increases (poorly raises). - If you stay too long, you risk your technical skills becoming obsolete. Most competent engineers have already left. The remaining staff often lacks the drive or market competitiveness to move elsewhere.
