Pros

Great benefit package and office perks.

Cons

Creepy CEO and exec team who pretend that everything is fine despite a very public sexual harassment lawsuit. Lots of customer churn and even more employee churn. Depressing work environment.

Pros

I can’t think of one to be honest. There are so many issues within this company and no one helps the marketing, sales and BDR team from an executive level. The board needs to seriously take a look at this leaderboard. During my time we went through 2 CMOS. Do your research prior to joining.

Cons

I joined this company to help drive the digital marketing and was sold on it but come to find out Doug Dennerline does not care about marketing and rather try to drive leads from direct sales only. Leadership here is the worst I have worked for in the past. Very micromanaging from the top because the lack of growth from what I can tell.

First of all, thank you for this feedback. I’m sorry to hear this was your experience here at Betterworks. One of our core values is to 'Do the right thing' by being candid, authentic, respectful, and transparent. I will attempt to do so in my response here as well. And as much as I appreciate the feedback, I don’t agree with the comment that I don’t care about marketing and that no one helps the marketing, sales and BDR team from an executive level. As one Betterworks team, every department in the company is important, works hard, and is a critical part of our and our customer’s success. In addition, I have immense respect for the Betterworks leaders - executives and managers and am confident we would never fabricate our customer’s results or ask anyone on our team to do so. It's unfortunate you felt you were put in that position and I wish you had brought this to my attention at the time so I could have investigated this concern further. Overall, I’m sorry to hear this was your experience here at Betterworks and would be happy to talk with you directly if you’d like to speak offline. I wish you the best. -Doug Dennerline, CEO

Pros

There are some truly passionate people here who are dedicated, but most left

Cons

I am glad I left this place. After the departure of many senior staffs, the organization is now in disarray and many people are scrambling for the exit. Management has made it into a sweat shop. Since they are bleeding talent, they pretty much squeeze every living breath out of the remaining, making it modern slavery. There are many inexperienced people, this is their first or second job from another startup and they have no idea what experienced organization looks like. Stay away! Unless you're a nature born slave.
