Disheartening changes

Pros

The benefits are on par to similar saas companies. There are health benefits, free lunch and snacks, unlimited PTO and flexibility. Can be remote, or in the office at either RWC, Denver, or NY.

Cons

Definitely a few cons but this was a major CON! When first hired, being presented with an offer letter with agreed upon salary to later change it to hourly position felt humiliating and I totally got conned. The first pay check when changed from salary to hourly was humiliating and see it as a demotion.

Pros

-Remote -Flexible...work life balance is good

Cons

-Lots of layoffs throughout the company -Company is not growing at all and hasn't grown in years -Weird hiring patterns..they continue to add sales reps when sales reps do not hit quota. -Inbound leads are extremely rare - if you don't have a decent territory, good luck... -Zero career advancement especially if you are hired as a SDR -There are no performance or career development conversations - probably because there isn't a path to progress your career there -They've lost a lot of really good employees who had been with the company for quite a while - that should tell you something.

Pros

There is an insane amount of free food. Can make breakfast, lunch is delivered and dinner is also delivered.

Cons

1. Management is antiquated. 2. Micromanagement from the very top of the exec team. 3. Sales team are racist. 4. No diversity in the management and exec team. They're all white. 5. No fun events. 6. They are really struggling to hire engineers. 7. The HR team is non existent. Its HR software that we sell. No transparency. 8. Underpaid. Can't match market salaries. 9. Gave everyone retention bonus' except me.
