I love my most of my coworkers

Cons

The micromanaging is getting to be a lot. Supervisors almost never assist with difficult calls Double standards for just about everything They keep finding ways to cut commission Good employees are reprimanded for the smallest things while others make the same mistakes repeatedly that just make more work for others. Protocol changes at the drop of a hat and not everyone is told at the same time. One supervisor plays very obvious favorites. We have to pay to park in an unsecured and un monitored lot three blocks away under the interstate.

The managers micromanage you. There is racism in the facility. There was no organization whatsoever
