During my time as a technical analyst, I learned a lot and was constantly given space to learn even more. - Amazing Teammates - Managers are helpful and work with their team - Very flexible working conditions such as PTO and Paternity benefits - Free lunch and nice working conditions (from Houston Office) - Training staff and superiors are knowledgeable

Cons

- Pay may be less than other support positions in the same industry - Because the support team requires 24/7 availability, scheduling is not always flexible
