Very diverse and multi-cultured organization ( but a lot of folks left due to being treated poorly). Global footprint. Remote first organization with great on-boarding. Free health insurance.

Cons

Owned by Private Equity . Very unprofessional leadership. - Colleague locked them selves in their hotel room to avoid intoxicated and inappropriate behavior on work trip; later reported and all that was done was a "slap on hand"... - C Suite Leader: "The promotion is solely result of gender and nationality " - C Suite Leader: " If we cant understand them in the interview because of accent we don't want to hire " - Sales Leadership: "impregnate them with sales" - C Suite Leader: working out with hand weights during team calls - PM: fell out of hammock while leading a call

because its super enterprise - there aren't many deals and its been hard for the sales team to reach goals, company is run by team in Gemany that has lead to some issues in the past.

But in the past we have seen on a constant basis that those goals were doable and even over achieved a lot of times which is why we kept them in place.
