Pros

- everyone takes what they do seriously but not themselves too seriously - rocketship growth - clear successful market-disrupting strategy, relatively small company that's a serious thorn in the side of the tech giants, taking business off them every week. - a family feel, we're all in this together - a lot of interesting (even slightly eccentric) colleagues, who customers love to deal with compared to the other boring vendor technologies they buy - zero BS internally and externally

Cons

- we're lean (by choice) so very busy... so sometimes the business is reactive and not as strategic as it could be

Family-friendly company with an innovative mindset

Pros

It feels like a family even when it is growing quite fast. A good product with great perspective.

Cons

Growing pains. As the company grows bigger, it is hard to maintain a strong bond between different locations.

Pros

Been here for quite a while, the company is doing good and its growth is based on real customer business. Tech savy environment that wants to do better than others in Software and does so. Very internationally mixed staff, english only internally although originally a german company.

Cons

Strong growth phase has pros and cons, among the cons is that they have to reorganize more often than companies that have a steady size.
