We’re sorry to read that this is how your time at commercetools feels in hindsight. Over the past year, we’ve made decisions to align the company more closely with where our customers and the market are headed. Those decisions were thoughtful and tied to long-term priorities. They were not reflections of individual loyalty or commitment, and we would never characterize colleagues that way. On benefits, one single program was adjusted based on significantly lower usage than originally anticipated. It was not removed, and it remains available today in a modified form. We continue to review our offerings regularly to make sure that they are meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with how employees are actually using them.
