Lots of opportunity with a ecommerce company at the forefront. Big deals

because its super enterprise - there aren't many deals and its been hard for the sales team to reach goals, company is run by team in Gemany that has lead to some issues in the past.

But in the past we have seen on a constant basis that those goals were doable and even over achieved a lot of times which is why we kept them in place. It's simply the best place where I ever worked. The tech is really solid: things usually work smoothly and there's a big focus on doing things properly so that they can scale. Also, the work-life balance is damn good, with a lot of flexibility in terms of where and when to work - just be transparent with your team and everything will be alright. In some areas, there have been some challenges and some hard decisions had to be taken.

Cons

As with every startup/scaleup, investors lead the way when it comes to performing cuts.
