      Pros

      The working environment is phantastic. Everybody is willed to be the person who can change something positively. Communication across departments is easy and all of the new colleagues are eager to help.

      Cons

      Not all needed structures are in place, but you can design them with the representative team.

      Pros

      The hiring team have chosen really well. It is a really great bunch of staff (from diverse backgrounds). Self-starters. The company has a clear vision and multi-year long term plan to achieve that vision. The Leadership team articulate the vision and opportunity well. The Leadership team are lovely to meet individually and work well together. English is the primary language
