      Pros

      The collaborative spirit and positive energy that everyone who works here exhibits helps keep me inspired every day. Joining the team was a great decision!

      Cons

      While I got used to working from home during the pandemic, I find it difficult to focus in my own house. I ended up renting office space on my own dime. I wish there was some type of a stipend for people like me who need a more business-oriented environment to work in.

As a quickly-growing global company, we have many stories to tell on our growth and culture, our product value, and carving a new path in the digital commerce industry. As of right now –– April 2023 –– we only provide telework allowance in select markets as required, but thank you for sharing this feedback! We will raise it with the right teams internally.

      1. Very special, humble & talented teams in all departments 2. Product is set to scale fast 3. Classic set of scale up problems to solve

      Cons

      I do not see this as a negative but some who are not used to the scale up experience from 300 to 3000 could perceive some of the problems that are there to solve may struggle.
