- partially 100% remote, - huge range of benefits & perks, - flexible working hours which allows to really have a work-life balance, - good compensation package,

- recognition of achievements is highly depending on the direct supervisor, - extrem focus on cold numbers due to investor expectations, - growth targets ambitious, but maybe too ambitious which puts the headcount under really high pressure
