      Am truly grateful for an understanding manager who hasnt given me much pressure as I had not closed deals for a while

      Pros

      Very friendly diverse bunch of folks. Best brains in the business. Manager is forgiving and understanding as Ive slipped through sales quota consecutively and not closed new deals for close to 2 years. Manager is understanding of difficult economic landscape and isnt pushy about sales numbers. If I had been in other high-performing , pressure-cooker tech companies, I would hv been asked to leave after a year.
