      + Fantastic, clear leadership + Smart, interesting peers + Honestly wonderful people to work with, very sincere and genuine bunch of people in all departments that I've worked with + A lot of freedom + Great culture + Fully remote with 60 days to use in any other countries over the year

      Cons

      - No pension for remote - We're growing quickly which is great but means a little bit of extra work onboarding everyone and coping with that

      Pros

      - The knowledge gained so far is tremendous (i.e. smart team) - commercetools is at the cutting edge - I have great confidence in the products, as they "just work" - My direct local team are all a pleasure to work with

      Cons

      - Timezones during daylight savings time can be difficult (i.e. post 6pm meetings can pop up from time to time) - There is so much value information now in many places that it's sometimes hard to find what you're looking for quickly
