Working at commercetools is a new challenge every day. Due to our worldwide expansion and the resulting growth in the number of employees, there are always tasks that you haven't had before. That makes working here versatile, but also demanding. So if you're expecting a run-of-the-mill job, you'd better look elsewhere. The grey cells are challenged here. But despite the abundance of tasks and the changing structure, the team leaders and department heads know how to keep their employees together. This is not always easy and sometimes involves friction, but after all, we are at work and not on a pony farm. Those who have a pronounced EGO should also look elsewhere, because here service to the team is what counts and if the team is successful, so is the company and thus, in the end, so is you. I am so incredibly happy about the change here and will do my best to stay!
