Pros
My experience working (in the Sales/Pre-sales team) is very positive. Since day 1 you feel that the employee is the focus and you can feel that the goal is not just hiring new employees, but to make sure they bring the best talent and engaging with it.
Technology wise, you work with cutting-edge technology, which is very positive since you continue gaining knowledge and being up-to-date in tech matters. Everybody in the company is supportive and welcoming to new joiners (which is not common in a mid-big size company) and they make sure that you are comfortable since day 1.
You can always rely on the team, they put all the necessary time and effort to support you and make sure you grow in your role. They encourage you to take responsibility once you are ready (although you are not pressured), but also to ask for help when you need it.
I can't talk about all the employees (I don't know all of them), but so far everybody I've worked with are highly competent and committed. In my opinion this is key for self-grow, since you'll be working with outstanding professionals from which you will always learn.
Cons
It is a growing company, which means that the company is evolving and changing (which is positive), so having a get-things-done mindset is key if you want to grow and learn fast.
