      - Working for such an impressive, visionary and market-leading brand is a source of pride - Supportive, nurturing, collaborative team with an emphasis on professional development - Fantastic Line Manager who listens & provides regular updates & feedback - Exciting, global, fast-paced organisation - Great benefits

      Cons

      - I wish I had the opportunity to meet some of my colleagues in person but the pandemic-related restrictions don't allow for this yet. commercetools is well set up for remote-working but I look forward to a time where we can come together.

      - Supportive and helpful colleagues - Encouraging growth and learning - No-blame culture - Really good dev team. Building and running a scalable platform is far from easy, takes skills to get this done. - Leadership team that knows what they are doing, open and transparent. Doing AMA's, being approachable.

Regarding the amount of meetings: Yes, there are times where there seem to be lots of meetings, but we all know that these are also very important. However, please make sure to speak to your team lead if you feel like some meetings are not entirely necessary and things may also be solved differently.
