This is really helpful and it is great to hear that our efforts do pay off and you had such a positive experience working at commercetools. We work hard to provide a safe and supporting work environment, no matter where our colleagues are based, where they come from, or what their personal situation needs - it is rewarding to see our efforts are felt and appreciated. We do hear your point about the focus on engineering skills and people skills. This summer we have launched our Learning Academy and will keep adding more and more trainings targeting people skills. Also, we do have a yearly learning budget for each employee which can of course also be used for external trainings in case we do not yet offer something suitable.
