      Pros

      Many times when starting a new position you are hesitant, wonder if it will be a good fit, but 2-1/2 years later I can say it was a great decision and great fit for me. The company has grown and continues to do so, led by a team that's always trying to make things better for employees and show their appreciation. They go above and beyond to let you know you are valued and give you the tools needed to succeed. Also very important is benefits. These include a great 401K match.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Anything that comes about or seems to be negative is addressed immediately and appropriately.

      Opportunity to try new things in different areas which makes employee more educated and valuable to both Intellis and clients.
