Pros

The Culture and People on this team. The Management and Executive Team truly care about the employees and clients. Benefits, work/life balance and growth opportunities make this company a great place to work.

Cons

Merging of multiple organizations has ups and downs, however this team has made the growing pains manageable.

Pros

Extremely responsive, great management that is very easily reachable and very helpful with anything needed, multiple levels of contacts openly available at any time, the team feels very inclusive and it's a great networking opportunity.

Cons

Onboarding felt a little scattered with multiple systems to try and learn but help was always just a teams message away and I never had to wait very long for a response to any question I had.
