      Pros

      It's very flexible to work when you want.

      Cons

      You will wait for more projects and will not work for months until another project is available. The pay could be better. Little to no training besides videos you watch prior to starting a project.

      Pros

      e4 Health really stands by its values. They celebrate every win, truly believe in the value of their employees.

      Cons

      Healthcare is in a crisis right now, and providers are doing their best to economize and move their accounts back in the black since the trials of the pandemic. This means a paring down of some resources which can be difficult for vendors. e4 Health does it's best to make sure it's employees have consistent and stable work even in this environment, but the work isn't guaranteed, and there are times when there may be delays in starting new projects, even though the company works very hard to avoid this.

      Truly A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      e4 Health is truly a great place to work. Not only is the company remote but they allow you to make your own schedule and work any hours you would like. The work/life balance is like no other company. Its so wonderful to not have to choose between my family and work!

      Cons

      project based so there can be some downtime between projects.
