      Pros

      if you are a loner - flexibility and no interaction with anyone for weeks at a time.

      Cons

      1. no growth - they do not train and if you do not have a skillset you cannot move into different area. 2. no raises 3. no bonuses 4. no year end review 5. minimal feedback if any 6. moving to offshore employees 7. meeting with supervisor - 5 minutes, once a month if lucky 8. major internal turnover - changing direction? 9. clients leaving, with no new business being brought in 10. must be able to train yourself for new systems/encoders 11. clients can leave effective immediately, and you will not be paid until they can place you - which can take weeks, if they are able to place you.

      I have enjoyed working here. A very friendly environment. I enjoyed the work pace and every Team I have been on has worked hard

      Cons

      Was full time for over a year then suddenly had no work for 7 months. No mentions of having consistent work or a raise.

      Gas lights their staff

      They offer an OK PTO/Bench time/Bereavement/Jury Duty package

      Cons

      They skirt the question when asked about employee reviews/raises, but constantly say how important their staff is and that they're only as good as us.
