      Pros

      This was my first remote job and it was prior to Covid. The flexibility was great. I was able to see my own hours as long as my time card was submitted weekly.

      Cons

      Their productivity model was horrendous. They expected machines and not people. The pay was also terrible at $15/hour.

      The Culture and People on this team. The Management and Executive Team truly care about the employees and clients. Benefits, work/life balance and growth opportunities make this company a great place to work.

      Cons

      Merging of multiple organizations has ups and downs, however this team has made the growing pains manageable.
