      Pros

      Extremely responsive, great management that is very easily reachable and very helpful with anything needed, multiple levels of contacts openly available at any time, the team feels very inclusive and it's a great networking opportunity.

      Cons

      Onboarding felt a little scattered with multiple systems to try and learn but help was always just a teams message away and I never had to wait very long for a response to any question I had.

      Pros

      The people. All day, every day. This team is unlike any I've ever worked with. Their drive, their passion, their sense of comradery and togetherness - it's everything you want when looking for a winning workplace culture. The work/life balance is crucial to employee happiness, and e4health takes that to heart. e4health is "Great Place To Work" certified, and that's for a reason.

      Cons

      Working at e4health can be fast-paced at times depending on your department, but that's the nature of the healthcare industry. If anything, it helps to streamline your own personal career growth, so while some may see it as a con, others may see it as an opportunity.
