      Pros

      TAG is a great place to work where you have a lot of autonomy to get your job done in a fun environment. There is opportunity to improve on processes and make a difference in your job, the work flow and overall client experience. Customer service is always top priority so most here feel a sense of responsibility to respond timely, get it right the first time, and make things right when needed. Best job ever!

      Lack of strong middle management.

      Pros

      Just started and really enjoying how this company operates. They appreciate and support their employees and their families. I have an awesome trainer that demonstrates and explains how the processes work. Questions are always welcome and feedback is strongly encourage which makes me feel like I am a worthy contributor to the overall department and company. Very excited to learn more things and expand my knowledge base.
