      Nice place to work

      Pros

      No micro-management, decent hours. Small company so you'll bump into the owner frequently, friendly atmosphere, doughnuts/ breakfast provided couple times a month. Better than average pay. Great benefits.

      Cons

      No real training, if you're not making it, you could be cut lose without warning.
