      A Company to call home

      Pros

      Sky is the limit with growth if you are willing to learn and grab opportunities. Family atmosphere. No stuffy management. Tons of autonomy. Perfect mix of working with a team but owning your own work. I am a working mom of little kids and TAG has been extremely supportive in work/life balance. When needing to pump at work, I always felt comfortable and accommodated in a private space (I disagree completely with former employee feedback on this). The Company is extremely generous. Employees are rewarded with trips; i.e. Lake Tahoe, San Diego - everything paid for for. Awesome holiday parties. Celebrations in the office for just about anything; birthdays, holidays, baby and wedding showers. The environment is fun but very hardworking. Very little voluntary turnover - once you're in, you are lucky to call TAG home.

      Cons

      The atmosphere isn't going to work for everyone. If you prefer a ton of structure and metrics and you have a difficult time being flexible, this isn't the environment for you.

      Pros

      Good pay. Free coffee. Sweet dogs visit the office from time to time. No micromanaging. Very nice receptionist. The coworkers that talk behind each other's back share entertaining gossip.

      Cons

      No formal training, policies and procedures. No weekly one on ones to discuss progress or opportunities for improvement. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Coworkers (females) are catty and talk behind each other's back. Moody, two faced and "I'm better than you" type of people. Don't work here if you breastfeed and need to pump. You will get dirty looks and talked about behind your back.

      We object...our male employees are just as catty as our females. For the record, we try to be pretty relaxed with people's individual needs and have a couple employees that pump at the office, although we encourage them not to do it after drinking all that free coffee.
