      Pros

      Roll out the red carpet during Trainning, company trips, and party Generally the staff in office see very nice.

      Cons

      Many undelivered promises from top-down to employees and customers. Sometimes it seems like a blatant lie. Inconsistent I with commission py and ability to track. DANNY AND JACK ARE NARCISSISTIC LIARS. Company parties CEO has ridiculous requests and almost always crosses the line. Some staff doesn't understand personal space or the idea of what professionalism is. Lots if sexist and racist comments thrown around seriously surprise how they get away with it.

      Lack of leadership and priorities allows you to do whatever you want

      Cons

      Owner is a narcissitic, dishonest, cheat, who cons clients, provides terrible services, has no idea how to run a company, play favorites, is more interested in his ego than clients, overpromises, under-delivers. He is an HR nightmare, rude and offensive, arbitrary in decision making and pay. Plays fast and loose with employment regulations and company money.

      With such a glowing review, you’d think this was from my mother-in-law. While it would be inappropriate to publicly discuss the reasons we had to let this employee go, we hope that her tone says enough. In any case, we wish her well and hope she finds gainful employment and a fulfilling life. If you’re looking at interviewing with us, I encourage you to read all our reviews (good and bad), meet us in person, and decide for yourself. She's probably right about me being narcissistic, though (just as my mother-in-law).

      Pros

      Love working for Tag! Its a great company with a simple vision "work hard, play hard." Co-workers are friendly and approachable. Our opinions matter and count. No micromanaging- a huge plus. Free coffee, bottled water, soda in the lunch room. Lunch paid by the company a few times in a month. Generous in compensation, benefits, matching 401K, PTO accrual is above industry standards. Decisions and projects metabolize quickly. The company does truly care about their employees.

      None that I can think of at this time.
