- Career growth - I started as Jr, but I got the opportunities to lead a lot of product design and front end projects. It was the most rewarding experience + best thing I loved about working at TAG. - Work hour flexibility - Alex : super nice, supportive, hard-working, and very understanding. He’s a good mentor - he will guide you throughout your days at TAG but you have to take initiative to make bigger impact for the company. He is also a “engineers first” leader. - Benefits Perks - Benefit experts on your team - if you have any questions about your 401K/benefits, you can ask around internally. - Company event - CEO/Managements are funny, hard-working, and bring good positive work culture. - Dev teams work hard + smart. They are always reachable and responsive when you need help. Really great sense of humor + hard-working.
