      Pros

      Supportive team culture, diverse experience, work-life balance, great benefits, flexibility in PTO (you can go negative, very nice option!). Opportunity for development, if you are willing to learn.

      Cons

      More cross-role training support for understanding functionality of the system for day to day operations.

      Pros

      You would be hard pressed to find a better CEO in Jack Bilitis and they way employees are treated. Inside Sales manager Dave Bashaw was best I've worked for and I've been doing this a decade. Danny great personality worked well when he would stop it.

      Cons

      Power needs distributed more equally. Commission structure and etc is handled by people that don't make phone calls. Commission plan was great in the begginning not so great towards the end.

      Technically, this person actually gave us the one star...so you are now my new favorite!. We may be a little crazy at TAG but the growth opportunity is pretty darn good. Two of our top executives started out as part-time employees. We encourage you to read all the reviews, give us a try, and see how unprofessional we can be !
