      Pros

      I have been working for TAG going on 3 years and I have never been so happy in a work environment! There's a reason it was voted #24 in the top 125 companies to work for in Arizona- company paid retreats, free lunches, unlimited drinks in the refrigerator, annual taco eating contests, family events, and an amazing benefits package, just to name a few. Not only do we have fun but we are constantly encouraged to be innovative and discover new niches to beat out our competitors. To sum it all up I LOVE TAG!

      I wish that I would have found TAG sooner in my career!

      Pros

      October 2019 will be by ten year anniversary with TAG and I plan on many more. I love my job, my clients and my co-workers. Management takes extra strides to understand the concerns of clients and internal staff. Environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Plenty of room to move up. Great compensation package.

      Cons

      This could be a con for some. There is always delicious free food and drink. #TAGtwenty

      Great culture Your work will be used and recognized Company does what makes sense , no red tape Ability to move up Company is always looking to improve and fix issues Very Caring and forward thinking Leadership Culture with great sense of humor , always coming from a good place Amazing Benefits Continued education promoted Feels like a family business Very secure and healthy economically

      Cons

      If you want to make a difference where you work come here this is not a place to hide from making an impact (I see this as a pro for most but some may think its a con)
