Pros

In terms of training and process enhancement knowledge is good. Many more opportunities to learn and gain more knowledge about finance. Best to start your career with eClerx in Investment Banking field. Nice working environment, good people, supportive management people. Timely recognitions and appreciations from managers.

Cons

Working space should be big than what it actually now. Retention policy should be good to retain most experience resources of the organisation.

They have air conditioning which mostly works.

Cons

Pathetic team environment. Selfish and sleazy managers with no foresight whatsoever. The only reason HR and HR policies exist only to blackmail employees.
