1. They will make you work countless hours. 2. There is no recognition or appreciation for a job well done. 3. You are supposed to work on weekends. For eg. my manager called me and asked why I wasn't working on a weekend. I answered with a very rational answer that it is the weekend that's why. She was so judgeMENTAL and furious and said sorry that no one told you during your interview but MY team works on a weekend so start working on EVERY weekend from next week. 4. You will be relentlessly shamed for taking your EARNED leaves by your managers. 5. Opening shame you in front of other team members. 6. Favourtism is at its prime here. 7. Seriously there is no work-life balance. 8. Your job location is changed on a whim. The management loves to play shuttle with the employees.

Nothing I can think of. Salary is paid before End of the Month. Just tying to complete the minimum word count.

Cons

Low salary, no work life balance, in order to approve you life you have fight for life, in some special occasions you will be called early, with out extra pay, get ready to over time as well not to mention without pay, bonus is nothing, get ready to work in holi, diwali, eid and all the holidays you can think you will have off.

Colleagues were good. Salary package was also good. Impressive Working place and environment and infrastructure. also provides bonus to encourage employees.Game activities were good.

Cons

Rotating night shifts were previously assigned by management was fix for one month. But when i was about to leave it was changed to weeks and even they started changing shifts day by day. also changed the week offs only management will decide on what day you will get the week offs previously it was fine but become disaster when they split the 2 offs that is from 2 offs your first off will be on Monday and second off will be on Friday.what was this? At the end of my job i was thinking we are not human beings means the senior management starts behaving like you are animals and we will treat you as the way we want thats why i resigned.
