Pros

Company culture, good to get some experience

Cons

No one talks about personal growth of employees, very bad management, only cares about 'Clients' and revenue, no clear goals delegated to the employees, gossip and bootlicking overpowers hard work, no flexibility

Pros

People are pleasant to work with and benefits are good.

Cons

Timesheet process. You can't win here. After training, no matter your progress with client work, you will be judged with too much or too little time being allotted to client codes. And the client codes are always delayed meaning you need to ask weeks in advance. Good place to get a bit of experience under the belt. However, I wouldn't recommend overstaying.
