Toxic, Dysfunctional and Broke!

Some really nice people here

Cons

This is THE most toxic and dysfuntional company I've ever worked at. Everyone is so stressed out by incompetent management that it is truly sad. Meetings have the atmosphere of funerals. Employees voices quiver and break due to sheer stress. The company is flat broke. Even though there are more than 400 employees, eCS makes less money than the average pay of a CEO at a large company. As someone else said, all the positive reviews are fake. The real rating is close to 1.1 RUN AWAY!

Siloed and messy

Pros

Team members work hard and are dedicated.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected from employees. They make decisions without consulting the people doing the actual work. There is very little transparency in the company. eClinical after 13 years is still like a disorganized start up. It is understaffed in all critical areas and management does not seem to care.

Pros

Nice friendly work environment. Elluminate is an excellent product that makes data integration, aggregation and analytics simple and easy.

Cons

Fast growth makes communication challenging among team members and management. Timelines are always tight.
