company ll always think of their own benefits, If a employee leaves job they ll say aao toh welcome jao toh bheed kum .. Tu nahi toh koi aur sahi ..
Till the time you ll come to know the main funda of company you would have completed more then 8 months.
I would suggest you .. please do not ever join this company ... Not a real good place to work with ..
you ll never get another job with this profile.
