Pros

Good Salary, Salary always on time, Good bonus, Awesome infrastructure, Good canteen, Excellent Cab transport, HR friendly, cultural training is very good.

Cons

Call center work culture even though they say it is a software company, Managers and TL lack knowledge, partiality, heavy politics within team, if you know how to butter TL in every possible way you are in right organisation,Night shifts, limited exposure to technology, no recognition for good work, only TL favoured employees get recognition and awards.

Pros

compensation not that great. Not much work life balance. But a great place to learn all the skills. People are helpful and help others to learn. If you mess up BIGG time, still you will mostly Not be fired

Cons

stagnation, industry training (as in other Bigger companies) is absent

Cons

-Company opposes working remotely -New employees must start in the training department (a 100% travel position), but you can transition to another department after 6 months -Training Team Lead is unprofessional and very difficult -Many Team Leads do not have leadership skills -Training travel department focuses on saving money, rather than ensuring comfortable, efficient, or convenient travel arrangements for the trainers -Trainers must complete a lot of documentation on their own time -Requires a lot of personal time to continuously educate yourself on new functionality, products and services
